All dinners and lunches are included in your entry fee. Continental Breakfast is optional extra at R40 per breakfast (oats, muesli, yogurt, fruit, muffins etc.)
Supporter Package
Supporters can share accommodation with their participating family members/friends, since accommodation is sold per room for the entire weekend.
Supporter Meal Packages – R900.00 for all dinners and lunches.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
No substitutions will be accepted after 15 May 2022.
60% Refund of your entry fees, if you cancel before 31 January 2022.
50% Refund of your entry fees, if you cancel before 31 March 2022.
No refund for cancellations from 1 April 2022.
Substitutions will be accepted until 15 May 2022.
Entries are not transferable to 2023 – NO EXCEPTIONS (including medical).
This event will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of Safety, Act of Nature or by any reason out of our control. In this event, entry fees are NOT refundable, but will be transferable to a next event.
